Governance Overview

Zether USD (USD.Z) will be governed through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), which gives token holders voting rights on the following:

• Reserve Management Policies: Token holders will vote on how the reserves backing USD.Z are managed, ensuring long-term stability.

• Chain Expansions: Governance will guide which chains USD.Z should integrate with, expanding its reach across multiple ecosystems.

• Treasury Allocations: The community will decide how funds in the USD.Z treasury are spent to promote growth and development.

• Integration Incentives: The DAO will determine the incentives for platforms and businesses to integrate USD.Z.
